SECTION 19.35 REPAYMENT

As a condition of receiving reimbursement for moving expenses, the recipient must sign an agreement to continue employment with the appointing authority as provided for in the rules of the Department of Administrative Services [IAC 581--15.9(4)]. A copy of the agreement shall accompany the reimbursement request forms.
