Profiles and Learning Instruments
Understanding how behaviors impact personal and team productivity
and satisfaction is a vital component for organizational success.
PDS offers a variety of profiles and learning instruments through
DiSC or Insights
that help individuals and teams explore various dimensions of their
work style and the impact their behaviors have on others. The profiles
are available in the following areas:
- Individual behaviors
- Time mastery
- Leadership styles
- Team effectiveness
- Group culture
- Coping and stress
- Discovering diversity
Several of these topics are covered in scheduled PDS workshops.
Participants complete the associated online profile and then attend
a workshop to understand the profile, how it can be utilized, and
other key concepts associated with the topic.
The profiles are also available to be completed individually or
with a team. The participant(s) are provided access to their selected
profile and have the option to round out the learning experience
with an individual consultative debriefing session or a team workshop.
