This workshop is comprised of two elements; completion and debriefing
of a personal Dimensions of Leadership profile and lessons on leadership
skills.
Participants will:
- Review leadership profiles
- Define leadership vs. management
- Identify and define attributes of a leader today
- Examine leadership styles and appropriateness and effectiveness
of each style
- Examine how coaching and mentoring can be used to create effective
leaders
- Identify a personal leadership strategy
Ultimately, participants will learn to lead teams more effectively
by adopting leadership skills to fit individual situations.
