This workshop serves as a strong foundation for those new to supervision
and as a refresher for experienced supervisors. Participants learn
how to:
- complete the required forms
- communicate performance expectations in objective terms
- write goals/strategies, performance criteria, action steps and
timetables
- provide positive and negative feedback
- monitor an employee's progress during the evaluation period
- conduct the performance evaluation conference
