This session covers the state code of ethics and lobbying laws.
Relevant administrative rules and advisory opinions of the Iowa
Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board will also be discussed. Participants
will discuss a variety of vignettes demonstrating “real life” ethics
situations faced by government employees and people doing business
with government.
