Utilizing effective marketing strategies can increase service or
product usage, increase revenues for the organization, and improve
the overall customer perception of the organization.This seminar
will provide participants a comprehensive understanding of the basic
marketing principles and abilities to apply them to specific problems
within state government.
The seminar will address traditional marketing topics, such as
the marketing mix, consumer behavior, and market research. Additionally,
the seminar will address contemporary marketing topics such as strategic
planning, business ethics, and relationship marketing.
