Marty Baddeloo, CPA
Solutions Kept Simple
With more than 30 years
of management and business experience, Marty has developed numerous
workshops on management, leadership, and coaching. In addition to
8 years of professional coaching experience, Marty has more than
20 years as a mentor to many professionals, managers, and executives.
Marty is a Certified Public Accountant, expert on meeting facilitation,
motivational speaker, and is recognized for developing the “1,
2, 3, ABC” coaching
process.
Terri A. Deems, PhD
Solutions Kept Simple
Terri brings more than
15 years experience assessing needs, developing learning and development
interventions, and coaching, counseling, training, and consulting
with diverse groups and individuals to enhance performance. Her background
includes extensive experience in career coaching and assisting leaders
and non-leaders in creating work environments that enhance creativity,
community, performance, and satisfaction. Terri earned her PhD in
Community & Human
Resource Development, teaches coaching skills to other professionals,
and is a frequent presenter at local and national conferences.
Brian Mayer
Performance & Development Solutions (DAS-HRE)
Brian has over ten years of experience in adult education, leadership
enhancement, and organizational development. He is currently pursing
a Masters in Adult Education, Training and Development at Drake University.
Along with facilitating classes such as Fundamentals of Supervision
and Investigating Employee Misconduct, Brian will be helping agencies
and departments solve problems and reach goals through organizational
development initiatives.
Rita Rizzo
Rizzo & Associates
As a consultant and coach who specializes in working with public
sector organizations, Rita Rizzo has presented coaching services
for over 50,000 public employees over the past two decades with consistently
high evaluations from proteges. As a former public employee herself,
Rita is strongly committed to assisting those currently engaged in
public service provision in optimizing their performance and enhancing
their job satisfaction. Rita has a Masters Degree in Training and
Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester in Leicester,
England, and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), certified
by the US Institute of Management Consultants. She is also a Certified
Conflict Mediator certified by The Dana Institute, and is a certificated
Employee Retention Specialist.
Sue Sager
IN FOCUS Consulting
Sue earned her Master of Science in Education degree from University
of Wisconsin Platteville (1989), a Professional in Human Resources
certificate (2001) and her certificate in Job Profiling (2003). Sue's
specialty in professional coaching centers around leadership development,
performance management, and organizational development. Sue has been
coaching leaders and employees for over 20 years. Sue's educational
background supplements her work experience in higher education, supervision,
human resource management, and consulting.
Dr. Gary R. Sager
IN FOCUS Consulting
Gary earned his doctoral
degree in Counseling Psychology from Northern Arizona University
(1996). His dissertation addressed Congruence Between Psychological
Measures of Vocational Personality and Ministry Activities. Gary's
specialty in professional coaching centers around career and academic
issues. Gary has been coaching students and professionals for over
15 years. His doctoral degree and his professional work experience
in public agencies have made him an expert in career and life purpose
coaching.
Deb Welke, MS
Solutions Kept Simple
As a talent management consultant, Deb has more than 12 years experience
coaching and advising people in the areas of career development,
management solutions, and assessments. Her expertise includes working
with key leaders from major international organizations as well as
employees and other professionals. Deb holds a Master’s’ degree
in psychology from the University of Georgia and is certified in
the MBTI and The Strong Interest Inventory; she is presently completing
her credentialing with Coach, Inc.
