We are leaders in providing performance-improvement services.
To be leaders, we strive to:
- be the provider of choice in Iowa state government for performance-improvement services
- offer leadership through partnership in order to support state employees in delivering exceptional service to the citizens of Iowa
Performance-improvement services are tools, methods, or resources that improve the job performance of state employees. Examples of these services include:
- consultation
- customized training
- instructor-led training (ILT)
- online learning
- employee certificate programs
