Judy Akre
Program Coordinator

Judy brings a unique blend of professional development, hands-on training and marketing expertise to the Performance & Development Solutions team. Her background as an education/marketing consultant allowed her to specialize in program development, research and integrated marketing.

She believes in being a “student for life” and recently completed the Master of Public Administration at Drake University. She truly “walks the talk” having enrolled in the Certified Public Manager (CPM) program and encourages others to do the same. “You’re never too old to learn!”

As program coordinator, Judy oversees the PDS team, manages the course offerings and serves as a consultant for various agencies in developing their departments. You’ll also find Judy in the classroom facilitating a variety of organizational development courses, expanding the PDS outreach to new markets and exploring innovative ways of meeting the needs of customers. Brian Mayer
Training and Organizational Development Specialist

Brian has over ten years of experience in adult education, leadership enhancement, and organizational development. He is currently pursing a Masters in Adult Education, Training and Development at Drake University. Along with facilitating classes such as Fundamentals of Supervision and Investigating Employee Misconduct, Brian will be helping agencies and departments solve problems and reach goals through organizational development initiatives.
